Role Overview:<\/span><\/u><\/b>
<\/p>We are looking for a RPAS Instructor/
Trainer to run structured drone -pilot training for RPTO -style batches. Training
follows a staged pathway:<\/span>
<\/p>Ground School â Simulator Training â
Live Flight Training.<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>You will coach trainees from
fundamentals to safe flight proficiency and maintain training quality, safety,
and documentation.<\/span>

<\/p>Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/u><\/b>
<\/p>Ground School / Theory<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Deliver
DGCA or similar Overseas Civil Aviation - aligned theory sessions: UAV
basics, regulations overview, airspace awareness, weather, navigation,
mission planning, SOPs & emergencies.<\/span>
<\/li>- Use
slides, scenarios, checklists, and assessments.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Simulator Training<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Train
students on simulator before any live flying.<\/span>
<\/li>- Cover
orientation control, hovering, figure -8/circuits, precision patterns, and
emergency scenarios (GPS loss, RTH, low battery, wind drift).<\/span>
<\/li>- Track
simulator hours and certify “sim -to -live” readiness.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Live Practical Training<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Conduct
field training only after simulator sign -off.<\/span>
<\/li>- Teach
pre -flight checks, take -off/landing, controlled maneuvers, failsafe’s, Return -To -Home
(RTH) drills, and post -flight logging.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Assessment & Records<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Run
stage -wise evaluations (theory, sim, live).<\/span>
<\/li>- Maintain
attendance, simulator logs, flight logs, and performance sheets.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Safety & Readiness<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Lead
safety briefings and enforce SOP discipline.<\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure drones,
batteries, controllers, and simulators are operational; do first -level
troubleshooting.<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Mandatory Requirements<\/span><\/u><\/b>
<\/p>- 2–3
years hands -on drone piloting experience (training/mentoring preferred).<\/span>
<\/li>- Strong
multi -rotor operations knowledge (fixed -wing/VTOL exposure a plus).<\/span>
<\/li>- Ability
to deliver simulator -to -live staged training.<\/span>
<\/li>- Knowledge
of flight safety, emergency handling, and SOP discipline.<\/span>
<\/li>- Regulatory
awareness and responsible flying practices.<\/span>
<\/li>- Ability
to assemble DIY Drones.<\/span>

to drone applications (mapping, inspection, agriculture, cinema, surveillance).<\/span>
