Job Purpose
The Photographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos of clients engaging in water sports activities, such as jet ski rides, parasailing, flyboarding, boat trips, and other marine experiences. The role includes editing, promoting, and selling media packages to guests and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining the company’s standards and brand reputation.

The Photographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos of clients engaging in water sports activities, such as jet ski rides, parasailing, flyboarding, boat trips, and other marine experiences. The role includes editing, promoting, and selling media packages to guests and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining the company’s standards and brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities
Photography & Videography
- Capture professional and engaging photos and videos of clients during their water sports sessions (jet ski, flyboard, parasailing, boat trips, etc.).
- Operate action cameras (e.g., GoPro), drones (if licensed), professional cameras, and related equipment.
- Ensure safe use of equipment in marine environments.
- Edit media content efficiently to provide post-activity packages within the same day.
- Maintain consistent quality standards aligned with company branding.
- Approach customers in a professional and friendly manner before and/or after activities.
- Present media packages to clients and upsell add-ons such as video edits, short social media clips, or personalized content.
- Provide quick previews and explain pricing options clearly and confidently.
- Handle payments, support customer inquiries, and coordinate delivery via WhatsApp, email, cloud, or USB transfer.
- Maintain and secure equipment (cameras, SD cards, batteries, chargers, waterproof cases).
- Coordinate with captains, instructors, and water sports staff to capture the best moments safely.
- Maintain daily inventory checks and report damaged or lost equipment immediately.
- Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and local marine regulations.
Education & Experience
- Proven experience as a photographer/videographer, ideally in outdoor, sports, or marine environments.
- Knowledge of editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar).
- Experience in customer service and sales is an advantage.
- Strong photography and videography skills, especially action shots.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, outdoor environments.
- Excellent communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.
- Good time management and ability to deliver content quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Physical fitness to work on the beach outdoors.
- Must be comfortable working around water and outdoor conditions for long periods.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- UAE drone license preferred (for positions involving drone operation).
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
- Must maintain a professional appearance and follow company grooming standards.
- Number of photo/video packages sold daily.
- Customer satisfaction & positive feedback.
- Quality and consistency of content.
- Time taken to deliver media to clients.
- Care and handling of company equipment.
