Position Overview:

As a Videographer/Photographer, you will play a crucial role in capturing the essence of our property listings. You will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that will be featured across our digital platforms, including websites, social media, and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Videography: Create dynamic property videos, including walkthroughs, highlight reels, and footage that showcase the unique features of each property.
• Photography: Capture high-resolution images of residential and commercial properties, focusing on interiors, exteriors, and architectural details.
• Edit photos and videos to ensure they meet our brand standards, including color correction, lighting adjustments, and adding relevant graphics/music.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand the unique selling points of each property and translate them into compelling visual content.
• Maintain and manage all photography and videography equipment, ensuring it is in top working condition.
• Coordinate and manage shoot schedules to ensure timely delivery of visual content.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Videographer/Photographer.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your videography and photography skills.
• Proficiency with professional camera equipment, drones, and editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
• Excellent eye for detail, composition, and lighting.
• Strong editing skills with the ability to enhance images and videos to meet brand standards.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
