Currently, we have an opening for a Videographer/Marketing Coordinator at our Mount Pleasant facility. The Videographer/Marketing Coordinator will be primarily responsible for creating video content. They will also support the Marketing Manager with related tasks, such as email campaigns, content organization, and documentation, as needed.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Video Production
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for assorted projects (tradeshows, events, social).
- Highlight general company activities, behind-the-scenes moments, and partnerships with other lighting industry businesses (such as OEMs, installers, and distributors).
- Assist the Marketing Manager with evening photo and video shoots as opportunities arise with local landscape installers.
- Capture high-quality content showcasing lighting installations for use in marketing materials, social media, and the company website.
Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on the creation and scheduling of weekly email and social media campaigns, including product showcases, event announcements, blog features, and company updates.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual presentation, and message alignment across platforms.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Arts, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience working in a marketing or freelance position primarily focused on video production.
- 2+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (including either Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve) for post-processing editing.
- Proficient in camera operation with a solid understanding of the exposure triangle and how to adapt settings for various lighting conditions—particularly during blue hour or low-light environments.
- A good understanding of gimbal (DJI Ronin, Osmo Pocket, etc.) operation and smooth control.
- Experience working in a Mac environment
The ideal candidate has:
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and audience-tailored messaging across multiple platforms.
- Excellent organization and time management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with other company team members.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
- A genuine enthusiasm for creating fun, informative, and visually compelling content that sparks dialogue with customers.
- Experience with drone videography, preferably holding a Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification with authorization for night operations.
- Desire to learn and grow in a high-performing environment.

Compensation: $55,00/yr - $70,000/yr commensurate with experience
