Looking to hire a Portland-based videographer for a 1-day outdoor shoot followed by a quick turnaround edit package. Here are the project details:
Project: A series of "free camping" advertising and PR videos for The Dyrt, featuring our co-founder, Kevin.
Shoot Dates: Thursday, June 11 or Friday, June 12 (Full-day shoot).
Location: Public land/forest roads roughly 90 minutes from Portland, OR (we can collaborate on the exact spot).
What We Need: A solo operator who can handle high-quality outdoor filming, clean dialogue audio, drone footage, and editing. You must bring your own camera, audio, and drone package.
Our Deliverables to You: We will provide final scripts, a detailed scene outline, messaging, and a robust B-roll shot list (driving shots, campsite setups, wide scenic shots).
Concept
A short video series showing how someone finds free camping with The Dyrt:
Driving into a national forest / public land area
Going down dirt roads
Using The Dyrt to find free camping
Arriving at an awesome campsite
Showing the campsite, views, setup, and “this is what free camping can look like” payoff
Capturing enough extra b-roll for ads, web, app, and future edits
Editing Scope (1/2 to 1 day of editing):
Format: Both Horizontal (16:9) and Vertical (9:16) versions, including clean and captioned variations.
