Introduction

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand and communication objectives. This role requires a strong visual eye, technical expertise, and the ability to tell compelling stories through video.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various platforms (social media, website, marketing campaigns, and internal use)
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts and storyboards
  • Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
  • Edit footage using professional editing software to produce polished final products
  • Manage video assets, including organising and archiving footage
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging video techniques
  • Conduct basic post-production tasks including colour correction, sound editing, and motion graphics

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Diploma or Degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Videographer or similar role (portfolio/showreel required)
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects)
  • Strong understanding of camera equipment, lighting, and audio recording
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Experience with drone videography and photography (advantageous)
