Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Photographer / Videographer with strong video editing skills to join our creative team. This role will be central to defining Truva’s visual identity across property listings, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling. You will capture the essence of Truva homes, craft compelling visual narratives for social media, and deliver high-quality brand content that inspires trust and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photos of Truva properties for listings, brochures, and marketing materials.

• Create engaging property walkthroughs, before/after renovation videos, and lifestyle visuals with a strong focus on framing, lighting, and movement.

• Produce both short-form and long-form video content aligned with the brand’s identity for social media platforms.

• Edit videos end-to-end using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects — including color grading, transitions, audio syncing, and motion graphics.

• Retouch and enhance images in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop to meet brand standards.

• Operate and maintain professional photography/videography equipment including cameras, gimbals, stabilizers, lighting setups, and drones (if applicable).

• Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure visual output aligns with brand strategy.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing property, architectural, or lifestyle photography/videography.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom (or equivalent tools).

• In-depth understanding of lighting, framing, and composition for both photo and video.

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Bonus Skills

• Prior experience in interior photography.

• Drone videography skills.
