Videographer (Multi-Division Company)

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Videographer / Content Creator to join our growing team and support multiple business divisions including construction, real estate, landscaping, property management, development, and hospitality/golf operations. This role will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content that showcases our projects, properties, people, and brand story across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, self-driven, and comfortable working in dynamic environments such as job sites, homes, offices, and outdoor settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Film and produce professional video content across all company divisions
• Capture project progress, before/after transformations, and promotional footage
• Create social media content (short-form reels, TikToks, YouTube, ads, etc.)
• Edit videos with graphics, music, and branding elements
• Coordinate shoot schedules with department leaders and marketing team
• Operate cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and drones (if licensed)
• Maintain organized media files and content library
• Assist with photography when needed
• Travel locally between job sites, properties, and offices
  

Preferred Experience

• 2+ years videography and editing experience 
• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling and brand content
• Proficiency in editing software 
• Experience shooting for social media platforms and marketing campaigns
• Drone certification is a plus
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working in construction and outdoor environments

Equipment

Candidate may use company equipment or personal gear depending on experience and arrangement. Drone capability is a bonus.
