Videographer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Videographer with a passion for capturing stunning visuals that highlight the appeal of real estate properties. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in real estate photography and videography. Proficiency in video editing and drone photography will be considered a significant advantage.

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of real estate properties, ensuring they showcase each property's best features.
  
• Plan and execute creative shoots, including exterior, interior, and lifestyle shots of properties.
  
• Edit photos and videos to enhance their visual appeal using advanced editing tools and software.
  
• Use drone technology for aerial photography and videography to capture unique perspectives (when applicable).
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure visuals align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  
• Maintain and organize photography and videography equipment.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends and adopt innovative techniques to improve visual content quality.
  
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Proficiency in photography and videography equipment (cameras, lighting, stabilizers, etc.).
  
• Advanced photo and video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  
• Experience in drone operation and aerial photography (certification is a plus).
  
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and editing techniques specific to real estate.
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate photography and videography.
  
• Proven track record of creating high-quality visual content for property marketing.
