Photographer/Videographer (Drone Licensed)

We are seeking a highly skilled Photographer/Videographer with a valid drone license and extensive experience in real estate photography and videography within the UAE. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of capturing high-quality visuals for real estate marketing, including aerial shots, virtual tours, and promotional videos. A strong portfolio showcasing residential and commercial properties is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of real estate properties, ensuring proper lighting, composition, and visual appeal.
  
• Operate drones for aerial photography and videography, delivering unique and dynamic perspectives of properties.
  
• Edit and enhance photos and videos using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, and other industry-standard software.
  
• Collaborate with real estate agents, developers, and marketing teams to create engaging visual content tailored to UAE’s real estate market.
  
• Ensure compliance with UAE drone regulations and obtain necessary approvals for aerial shoots.
  
• Manage and maintain high-end camera equipment, drones, stabilizers, and other accessories to ensure optimal performance.
  
• Create virtual tours, walkthrough videos, and promotional materials to enhance property listings.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in professional photography and videography, specifically in real estate within the UAE.
  
• Licensed drone operator with thorough knowledge of UAE aviation and drone regulations.
  
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in real estate, commercial, and aerial photography.
  
• Expertise in photo and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop).
  
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and storytelling skills.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with real estate agencies and developers.
