Your role

As a UAV pilot, you will showcase our product to prospective customers, support existing customers in the field as well as remotely. You will be part of our global Customer Success team and collaborate closely with Sales.


The product you are showcasing and supporting is the Voliro T, our unique drone which is capable of performing contact-based interactions for use cases such as inspection of industrial assets.


Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include:

  • Perform product demos and PoCs, including drone inspection workflows with the Voliro T
  • Train customers to operate the Voliro T
  • Support customers on missions with their Voliro T in the field
  • Support customers remotely with operational and technical support
  • Focus on the Brazilian market

Your profile

Qualifications may include:

  • Commercial Drone piloting experience and EASA A2 license
  • Fluent Portuguese and English is a must
  • Willingness to travel for missions to Brazil and within Europe
  • Available to support Brazilian clients also later into the evening (until 9pm) when based in CH
  • Good technical knowledge
  • Open minded, collaborative and passionate mindset
  • Excellent team and communication skills
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive work style
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex systems
  • Proactive and pragmatic mentality, hands-on and problem solving attitude


Furthermore we consider the following as a plus:

  • Drone hardware knowledge
  • Prior experience with assembly of drones and soldering
