Social Media Content Videographer

About the Role

Delavan Holdings is looking for a Social Media Content Videographer to create high-quality video and photography content for our properties and businesses. This role is ideal for a creative, tech-savvy video professional who enjoys filming, editing, and

storytelling.

As part of our marketing team, you will be responsible for producing engaging videos for promotional, branding, and advertising campaigns. The role requires frequent on-location filming at our business locations within a 1-3 hour travel radius (company vehicle provided).

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit video and photo content for digital marketing, advertising, and branding purposes.
• Follow and understand social media trends and create engaging content for all platforms in various formats
• Work closely with the Creative Director and Regional Marketing Managers to develop content strategies.
• Coordinate filming schedules and logistics with business and property managers.
• Ensure compliance with state marketing regulations and required disclaimers.
• Utilize professional video equipment, lighting, and audio tools to produce high-quality content.
• Stay up to date with trends in video production, drone footage, and digital marketing.

Requirements:

• Videography & Editing Skills – Experience with video shooting and editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Camera & Equipment Knowledge – Ability to operate DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, drones, gimbals, and audio recording gear.
• Strong Communication Skills – Ability to collaborate with teams and communicate project vision.
• Valid Driver’s License – Required for frequent travel (Deal Breaker).
• Willingness to Travel – Must be comfortable with multiple video shoots per week within a 1-3 hour radius (Company vehicle provided).
• FAA Part 107 Drone License (Preferred) – Not required at hiring, but candidates must be willing to obtain certification (we provide an online course for training and cover exam costs).

Preferred Experience:

• 1-3+ years of experience in video production, filmmaking, content creation, or videography.

• Experience with drone videography and aerial footage (preferred but not required).

• Social media video experience (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Ads, etc.).

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communications, Media Production, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods and work on a computer.

• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs when handling video equipment.
