Senior Network Security Engineer (Cisco Meraki & Aruba ClearPass)

We are looking for an experienced Network Security Engineer with strong hands-on experience in LAN/WAN, firewall management, network troubleshooting, security policies, VPN, and routing. The candidate will be responsible for BAU administration and support of network and security infrastructure, handling major incidents, and coordinating with OEMs for issue resolution. Key Responsibilities Provide BAU administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and support for network and security infrastructure. Manage and support LAN/WAN environments, including troubleshooting network connectivity issues. Perform firewall administration and management, including configuration, policy changes, rule creation/modification, and troubleshooting. Implement and manage security policies in line with organizational security standards. Configure and troubleshoot VPN connectivity and related security issues. Perform routing changes and troubleshoot routing-related issues. Troubleshoot complex network and security incidents and provide timely resolution. Handle and coordinate major incidents, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution. Coordinate with OEM/vendors for complex technical issues, troubleshooting, and resolution. Work closely with Network, Security, Infrastructure, and other technical teams to resolve cross-functional issues. Perform configuration changes in accordance with change management and operational procedures. Monitor infrastructure health and proactively identify potential issues. Maintain appropriate technical documentation, configurations, and operational procedures. Mandatory Technical Skills 6–8 years of relevant experience in Network/Network Security Engineering. Strong hands-on experience in LAN/WAN. Hands-on experience in Firewall Management and Administration. Strong knowledge of Security Policies and access control. Hands-on experience with VPN technologies. Good understanding and experience in Routing and Routing Changes. Strong network troubleshooting skills. Experience in BAU administration and production support. Experience handling major incidents and coordinating incident resolution. Experience in OEM/vendor coordination for technical troubleshooting and issue resolution. Hands-on experience with Aruba ClearPass and/or Cisco Meraki will be highly preferred. Preferred Skills Experience with firewalls such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco Firepower, or equivalent. Knowledge of Aruba ClearPass for NAC, authentication, and policy management. Experience with Cisco Meraki administration and troubleshooting. Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, NAT, routing, and switching. ITIL/process-oriented production support experience. Relevant networking/security certifications would be an added advantage. Key Requirement Hands-on experience with Aruba ClearPass, Cisco Meraki, or strong BAU administration and support experience with firewalls is essential, as these are key requirements for the role.
