What We’re Looking For<\/span><\/u><\/b>
<\/p>

<\/p>

Demonstrated professional experience as a drone operator or aerial videographer, with a strong focus on commercial content production.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
A valid UAE drone licence, alongside a clear understanding of local aviation regulations and operating requirements.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
A well -curated portfolio showcasing high -quality aerial video and photography.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Proven experience operating drones in urban, hospitality, or lifestyle environments.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Proficiency in drone operation software, flight planning tools, and camera settings.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Basic to intermediate video editing capability using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
A solid understanding of safety procedures, risk assessment, and best practices in drone operations.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Previous experience working within a luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or entertainment brand setting.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Familiarity with social media content formats, platform requirements, and visual trends.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Photography skills beyond drone operation, including composition and basic post -processing.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Experience operating FPV drones is an advantage, but not essential.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensures every aspect of the Operation is perfectly curated.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/u><\/b>

Operates drones safely and professionally to capture high -quality aerial video and photography across hotels, lifestyle venues, events, and campaigns.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Plans and executes drone shoots in line with approved marketing briefs, creative direction, and production schedules.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Conducts thorough pre -flight planning, including location assessments, risk evaluations, and environmental checks to ensure safe operations.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Captures aerial footage that supports brand storytelling while meeting technical and visual quality standards.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Works closely with Marketing, Content, Social Media, and Creative teams to support campaigns, launches, and ongoing content needs.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Contributes creative input on framing, movement, lighting, and sequencing to enhance visual storytelling.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Ensures all captured footage aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and platform requirements.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Supports live events and special activations where aerial coverage is required, adapting to fast -paced environments when necessary.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Edits drone footage when required, applying basic to intermediate post -production techniques.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Applies colour correction and optimisation to prepare footage for use across social media, digital platforms, websites, and paid media.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Organises, labels, and archives raw and edited footage to ensure assets are accessible and well -maintained.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Delivers final content in multiple formats and resolutions according to project specifications.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Ensures full compliance with UAE aviation regulations and drone operating laws at all times.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintains valid drone licences, permits, and flight approvals required for commercial operations.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Performs routine equipment checks, maintenance, and firmware updates to ensure reliability and safety.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Maintains accurate flight logs and incident reports in line with regulatory and internal requirements.<\/span>
