Photographer

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Photographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for capturing stunning landscape and nature images, drone footage experience and a keen eye for detail. The Photographer will be responsible for producing high-quality photographs that meet the needs of our guests and enhance our brand image. This position requires a strong understanding of photography techniques and equipment as well as a drone licence.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide world-class service.

• Capture professional, high-quality photos of guests in various park locations, including entrance areas, scenic spots, and action shots while guests participate in the park activities.

• Work with a team to achieve sales goals.

• Ensure photos are properly composed, exposed, and in focus.

• Work both independently and as part of a supportive team

• Address customer complaints, resolve any issues promptly and professionally – elevate to Head of Department as required

• Upload and organise photos using park systems and software for guest viewing and purchase.

• Maintain and care for photography equipment, keeping it clean, secure, and in working order.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with DSLR cameras and photography equipment and lighting techniques
• Proven experience with drone footage and a valid drone licence
• Certification or higher in photography or related field
• Strong knowledge of outdoor activities, safety procedures and risk management
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of photography styles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Portfolio available for viewing (highly desired)
