Job Title: Event Photographer and Videographer
Purpose:
Capture high quality visuals across events, builds, projects, and corporate functions.
Provide raw and edited material for the creative team and lead on-site visual storytelling from planning to delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Shoot events, builds, openings, activations, corporate visits, and VIP moments
* Capture timelapse content for construction progress and event build ups
* Produce highlight videos, short social clips, photo sets, and raw material
* Maintain a consistent visual style across brands
* Coordinate weekly with the Dubai team for content requirements
* Proactively identify strong storytelling moments on site
* Manage equipment, lighting, and backups
* Deliver quick turnaround for urgent events
* Organize raw and edited files into clear folder structures
* Represent the group professionally during all shoots
* Propose improvements to quality and workflow, not wait for instructions

Requirements:
* Strong experience in event photography and videography
* Proficiency with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting, gimbals, and drones
* Video editing expertise Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
* Ability to set up and manage timelapse systems
* Portfolio showing event highlights, corporate work, and project documentation
* Ability to work flexible hours when events require it
* Reliability, consistency, and strong attention to detail
