As a Drone Pilot, you will play a crucial role in our cutting-edge operations, leveraging state-of-the-art drone technology to support various initiatives across our business units. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and executing safe and efficient drone missions for diverse applications, such as aerial surveying, inspection, mapping, and data collection.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and safety protocols governing drone operations.
- Maintaining and troubleshooting drone equipment, ensuring optimal performance and readiness for missions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop tailored flight plans.
- Analysing and interpreting data collected during missions, providing comprehensive reports and insights.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in drone technology and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Drone Pilot, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in UAV operations.
- Possession of relevant certifications and licenses required for commercial drone operations.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, airspace rules, and safety protocols
- Hands on experience on LIDAR Technologies
- Excellent piloting skills, spatial awareness, and decision-making abilities under pressure.
- Proficiency in mission planning software, data analysis tools, and drone maintenance procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Willingness to travel as per operational requirements.

Training topics would include:

- Develop skills in aerial data analysis and interpretation for engineering applications.
- Prepare for and obtain the DGCA Remote Pilot License (RPL) certification.
