As the top national provider of property inspection services, we're on the hunt for dynamic drone operators with an FAA Part 107 license to inspect both residential and commercial properties.

In this thrilling role, you'll navigate your UAV with precision, adhering to all rules and regulations while capturing stunning aerial imagery. If you're comfortable flying close to buildings and other structures, we want you to join our team and help us reach new altitudes!

What You'll Do:

• Inspect & Impress: Conduct high-flying property inspections for both homes and commercial buildings in your assigned counties. Complete these inspections within 15-20 days, depending on the location-timeliness is key!
• Engage & Interview: Make a grand entrance when introducing yourself to the insured. Schedule appointments when needed (though exterior-only inspections often skip this step). Conduct brief interviews if the insured is available to chat.
• Snap & Soar: Capture everything from ground-level photos to breathtaking aerial shots of the property, including houses, roofs, outbuildings, and any potential hazards or issues.
• Sketch & Submit: Create detailed sketches of property layouts and outbuildings as needed. Enter all gathered info into our proprietary system within 48 hours using your trusty laptop or desktop.

What You Need to Fly High:

• LAANC Savvy: Proficiency with LAANC platforms like AIRMAP or Kittyhawk for airspace authorization and management.
• FAA Certified: An active FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate is a must.
• Insurance & Licensing: A valid driver's license and liability insurance are required.
• Drone Mastery: Own a top-notch drone that can handle various conditions and a camera with 1080p resolution or better.
• Transportation: Reliable wheels for getting to inspection sites locally.
