Videographer (Real Estate)

We're looking for a creative individual who can capture the essence of stunning properties and convey their value through high-quality video content. Your Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute video shoots for residential and commercial properties, ensuring the best angles and lighting to showcase the client’s listings effectively.
• Utilize your expertise in equipment setup and camera operation to capture high-definition video and engaging footage of various properties.
• Edit video content using industry-standard software to produce polished, compelling videos that highlight the unique features and ambiance of each property.
• Incorporate creative elements such as drone footage, voiceovers, and music to enhance the viewing experience.
• Work closely with real estate agents and clients to understand their vision and deliver content that aligns with their branding and marketing goals.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in real estate videography to continually improve our offerings.

• Proven experience as a videographer, with a preference for experience in real estate and developments.
• Strong knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Proven experience producing content for social media platforms, including Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Highly creative with excellent attention to detail.
• Well-organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Professional attitude, with a strong work ethic and collaborative approach.

• Official employment in accordance with UAE law, including health insurance
• Salary in AED with regular payments.

• Work schedule: 6 days a week, with a floating day off on Saturday.
