About the Role:
We’re seeking a full-time Videographer / Content Producer to join our in-house marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creativity, speed, and collaboration. You’ll be behind the lens and in the editing room, shaping content that reaches thousands weekly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Film and edit short-form and long-form video content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok
• Create polished ad content for digital campaigns
• Incorporate motion graphics using After Effects or similar tools
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging storyboards and content ideas
• Organize and manage video files, gear, and project timelines
• Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines
• Contribute ideas based on social trends, analytics, and campaign performance
What Success Looks Like (Performance Expectations):
• Deliver 3–5 pieces of finished content per week
• Meet internal deadlines and content calendar goals
• Contribute to content that improves engagement, view time, and conversion metrics
• Regularly suggest creative video ideas based on trends and company goals
Requirements:
• 2+ years of professional experience in videography and editing
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro (or Final Cut) and After Effects
• Strong eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet fast-paced deadlines
• Experience filming on-site, including interviews, b-roll, and behind-the-scenes
• Bonus: Photography skills, drone experience, or social media management know-how
