The Lower Colorado River Authority is looking for a motivated and safety-focused UAS Pilot to join our growing team! This entry level position plays a key role in performing flight operations, collecting high-quality data, and maintaining the integrity and performance of our drone systems.
As a UAS Pilot at LCRA, you are responsible for planning and completing flight missions, operating as Pilot in Command (PIC), and ensuring a safe and professional on-site environment. You'll also gain valuable experience in UAS troubleshooting, post-flight data processing and contributing to an innovative team collecting remotely sensed data.
You will be trusted to: - Assist in aircraft pre-flight inspection and mission planning |
You qualify with: - One or more years of experience in UAS field operations. You are a great fit with: - Knowledge or exposure to UAS, Land surveying, GIS, remote sensing and/or photogrammetry |
