Job Summary: In this position, you will take a part of our operations team, and you will be working independently with our customer in the West Palm Beach area and throughout Florida. You will play a critical role as our customers revolutionize the way they inspect and monitor vital infrastructure and assets. 

You will be responsible for conducting autonomous and remote drone flights from our customer’s Command Center. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of drone missions for various applications, including surveillance, delivery, and data collection. You will cooperate with the operations, engineering, sales, and marketing teams for the ultimate goal of complete product adaptation and paramount customer satisfaction. 

  • Conduct autonomous drone flights using advanced software and hardware systems.
  • Monitor and control drone missions in real-time from the Command Center.
  • Ensure all flights are conducted in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform pre-flight and post-flight checks, including battery management, system diagnostics, and data logging.
  • Develop and execute detailed flight plans based on mission objectives.
  • Analyze environmental conditions and terrain to optimize flight routes.
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure mission success.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures during drone operations.
  • Stay updated on current aviation regulations and industry best practices.
  • Report and document any incidents, malfunctions, or anomalies during flights.
  • Collect, process, and analyze data gathered during drone missions.
  • Maintain accurate records of flight logs, maintenance, and operational data.
  • Collaborate with data analysts to ensure the integrity and usefulness of collected data.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improvements in drone technology and operational procedures.
  • Licensed FAA Part 107 drone operator
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License
  • At least 1-2 years of proven  experience in drone operation, aviation, or remote control systems is highly desirable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment
  • Ability to work during non-routine hours, and willing to work overtime
  • Ability to self-learn in a highly dynamic and ambitious work environment
  • Successfully work both independently and as part of a team
  • Great customer-facing skills
  • Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation
  • Willingness to travel to client sites if needed 
  • Self-motivated, self-starter, energetic, assertive
