Position Overview

SiGMA Group is looking for a Senior Videographer with strong content creation and editing skills to join our dynamic and fast-paced media team. As part of the Video Production unit, you'll be responsible for producing compelling video and short-form content across multiple platforms—specializing in social media formats such as Reels, TikToks, and Stories. Your role will involve capturing on-the-spot video content, rapidly editing footage, and developing creative narratives that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

Videography & Content Creation

• Plan, shoot, and produce engaging video content for news segments, social media, and brand campaigns.
• Capture compelling on-the-go video stories, ensuring high-quality footage in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including scriptwriters and producers, to create effective and engaging visual narratives that align with brand guidelines.

Fast Editing & Post-Production

• Edit video content efficiently using industry-standard software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar), ensuring quick turnaround times.
• Apply color grading, audio adjustments, and motion graphics to elevate video quality.
• Repurpose long-form video and photo content into short-form, platform-optimized assets (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels) for maximum engagement.

Content Strategy & Innovation

• Stay ahead of trends in video and digital content creation, particularly for social media platforms.
• Develop strategies to optimize video content for engagement and performance on various platforms.
• Work closely with the editorial and marketing teams to brainstorm fresh ideas for visual storytelling and interactive campaigns.

Requirements

• Reports To: Head of Video Production
• 3+ years of professional videography and content creation experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing both video production and editing skills.
• Proven ability to create dynamic and engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom) and/or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience with multi-camera shooting, lighting setups, and high-quality audio recording.
• Excellent visual storytelling skills, with a keen eye for composition and detail.
• Ability to create fast-turnaround content and meet tight deadlines in a high-energy production environment.
• Knowledge in the blockhain and AI industry is a plus

Nice to Have

• Background in digital-first content creation and strategy for social media platforms.
• Experience with motion graphics, 3D rendering, or virtual production.
• Knowledge of scriptwriting or storyboarding techniques.
• Familiarity with drone videography or aerial filming techniques.
