Real Estate Photographer & Videographer (Dunes Real Estate)

Dunes Real Estate is seeking a creative, technically skilled Real Estate Photographer & Videographer to join our marketing team. This role extends beyond traditional property shoots and plays a critical part in visually communicating both the character of our residential listings and the Lowcountry lifestyle that defines our market. From traditional interior and exterior photography to aerial drone capture and immersive 3D home tours, your work will elevate individual listings, reinforce our brand standards, and drive buyer engagement across digital and social media platforms.

You will collaborate closely with our agents and marketing team to deliver consistent, high-end visual assets used across MLS, digital marketing, social media, and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills, a disciplined workflow, and the ability to deliver reliable, on-brand results across multiple listings each week.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end visual production for residential and luxury real estate listings, encompassing interior, exterior, and aerial (drone) photography and video, including guided and self-guided property tours. 
• Lead the creation of short-form and long-form video content across social media, YouTube, and digital marketing channels, aligning deliverables with platform and audience strategy. 
• Ensure all photography and videos are professionally optimized and edited to meet established brand, quality, and performance standards. 
• Drive the development of compelling visual content to support marketing campaigns, brokerage promotions, and brand visibility, ensuring consistency in visual branding and quality across all platforms
• Own and maintain a current library of community, lifestyle, landscape, and neighborhood imagery
• Work closely with agents, staff, and clients to plan, schedule, and execute media projects
• Ensure consistency in visual branding and quality across all platforms
• Assist with Front Desk and administrative coverage to ensure business continuity during staff absences

Skills & Professional Attributes

• Demonstrated Real estate photography and videography experience required, drone and Matterport experience preferred
• Advanced proficiency in photo and video editing software
• Disciplined work ethic with the ability to prioritize work and operate with minimal supervision.
• Strong visual storytelling and attention to detail and brand alignment
• Knowledge with YouTube, social media platforms, and digital formatting standards
• Strong communication skills and a professional, service-oriented demeanor
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with the ability to manage equipment, schedules, and multiple projects
• Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Position Requirements

• Valid South Carolina driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in a variety of conditions
• Willingness to work occasional Saturdays
• Ability to work from two office locations, principally in southern Beaufort County
• FAA Part 107 drone license required (support provided for training and testing if needed)
