Real Estate Photographer (Contract)- Dallas Based

As a real estate photographer, you will help real estate agents market homes and commercial buildings for sale. You will work closely with agents to compose a variety of interior and exterior shots for online listings, social media posts, and printed materials. Interpersonal skills are important, as you will work closely with real estate professionals to ensure each project is completed satisfactorily.

Duties

Job responsibilities of a real estate photographer include:

• Take 10 to 40 photos professional photos of a home
• Available 3-5 days a week
• Proficient in properly exposing a photo
• Proficient in shooting bracket photoset
• Proficient in the use of professional speed light on the camera
• Able to stand on feet 6-8 hours a day
• Able to carry 10-20lbs of equipment in and out of the vehicle
• Paying close attention to detail to ensure photos are clean, uncluttered, and free from visual distractions
• Performing typical administrative tasks like appointment scheduling, confirming appts, uploading photos, and maintaining an up-to-date portfolio

Qualifications/Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation
• Self-Discipline: Punctual (we follow a strict on-time policy), reliable, follow-thru
• Computer proficient in uploading large digital photo files
• Expert in basic photography principles, especially how to use angles and natural light to compose quality photographs
• Have your own professional equipment
• Full Frame DSLR (has to bracket 3 photos at 2 stops apart)
• Wide-angle zoom lens (16mm to 24mm minimum)
• Sturdy tripod
• Professional speed light (GODOX V350 or similar)
• Must have own drone and be FAA part 107 certified
• Have high-speed internet (25Mbps download) to be able to upload digital images to cloud-based storage. Check your speed at www.speedtest.net

There will be an onsite assessment of the above requirements.

Sharp Frame Media is a veteran-owned real estate media company. We offer photos, videos, and landing pages to real estate agents to help them sell homes. We take pride in what we do and provide great service to our clients. We are looking for a real estate photographer to work as a contractor. We will provide training on our process. It is preferred if you have a basic understanding of photography; exposure, shutter speed, aperture, ISO, and bracketing. There is no editing required on your part, we handle all editing and delivery. We are willing to train the right person. You can expect to get treated with respect and compensated fairly. Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
