Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our team as a combined Photographer, Videographer, Photo Editor, and Video Editor. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and experience in producing high-quality visual content. This role will be responsible for documenting our homes from concept to completion, creating compelling visuals that showcase our craftsmanship, design, and attention to detail across various media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Photography & Videography:
  
  
  
  • Capture professional-grade photos and videos of homes, construction progress, and final builds.
  
  
  • Take interior and exterior shots that highlight architectural details, design elements, and overall craftsmanship.
  
  
  • Plan, shoot, and produce short-form videos to showcase new homes, client testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
  
  
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging visual content for social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.
  
  
  
  


• 
  Photo & Video Editing:
  
  
  
  • Edit and retouch photos to ensure high-quality visual presentation, including color correction, exposure adjustments, and image enhancement.
  
  
  • Edit video footage into polished, cohesive stories, incorporating music, voiceovers, and effects as needed.
  
  
  • Organize and manage a digital library of media assets, ensuring accessibility for marketing and sales teams.
  
  
  • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity across all content.
  
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in both photography and videography, with a strong portfolio of home, architecture, or real estate work.


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or other relevant editing software.


• Ability to tell a story visually, with a focus on detail, composition, and style.


• Knowledge of lighting, framing, and shooting techniques specific to architectural photography.


• Familiarity with drones for aerial photography/videography (optional but preferred).


• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Creative, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.


• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and deadlines.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience working in the home building, construction, or real estate industry.


• Drone pilot certification for aerial photography and videography.


• Strong graphic design skills.
