Photographer and Videographer - Estate Agency

Love Photography? Love Videography? Love Property? If digital imaging is your passion you could be just the person we are looking for to join our multi award winning estate agency as our in-house property photographer, videographer and drone pilot.

You'll be responsible for attending our clients homes to capture stunning images and video footage to showcase our sellers homes in the best possible way.

Back at the office you'll be blending and editing multiple bracketed exposures and editing video and drone footage to create eye-catching films for our website and social media channels.

Using our own state-of-the-art equipment and software including gimbals, cameras, lenses, laser scanning tech (used to produce 3D interactive tours) and more, you'll have all the tools you need to provide impressive output that will WOW our clients. Training will be provided.

As our photographer and videographer you'll be encouraged to develop your skills as a key member of our marketing team and keep an eye out for ways of developing and further enhancing our content creation and promotion, staying up to date with hardware and software development.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, based at our high street offices

Requirements:

• Adept at using DSLR cameras, a range of lenses and flash
• Experienced at photography and video creation
• You'll be familiar with photo and video editing software such as Adobe, Final Cut, iMovie and others and be able to demonstrate your understanding of these applications
• A knowledge and understanding of creating content for posting on social media channels - Facebook and Instagram
• You're a 'visual story teller'
• As a representative of our company you must be well presented and have a genuine desire to impress our clients and our team with your 'can-do' approach and positive attitude.
• If you already have drone experience - that's a bonus, but training is provided if not.
• You'll need to be comfortable working at pace in our very busy, fast moving, estate agency office.
• Use of own car (mileage paid)
