Job Summary/Description:

KXII News 12, the #1 station and top news brand in the Texoma area, is looking for a news videographer to serve as the newsroom's primary shooter and live shot coordinator.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Shooting and editing video and interviews for news, both with and without a reporter
- Coordinate and shoot news live shots and special event coverage
- Maintain the news department's cameras and gear, including microphones, tripods, laptops, etc.
- Maintain the news department's vehicle fleet, including oil changes, tire maintenance, etc.
- Training all news personnel on cameras, conducting interviews, and live shots

Qualifications/Requirements:

- At least two years of news shooting experience
- Video camera expertise
- Competent video editor
- Certified drone operator preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of basic vehicle maintenance
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field of study preferred
- Previous management/supervisory experience preferred
