Job Title: Lead, Design (Lead Tactical Systems Operator)
Description:
The candidate must demonstrate the ability to multitask in high stress situations/environments; they must balance administrative as well as tactical and technical aspects of OCONUS operations, managing personnel across all aircraft platforms and locations.
Qualified candidates should have experience in the Tactical Systems Operator (TSO) career field and possess the Leadership and Management skills needed to build and maintain a successful team. Candidates should have backgrounds in task force approved TTP’s, ground operations, Close Air Support (CAS) and real-time tactical radio and internet relay chat (IRC) communications.
Duties include but are not limited to: point to point communications with the Asst Chief Operator, TSO; building, maintaining, and organizing instructor staff; managing schedules and flight hours; and implementing and improving a training syllabus. The candidate will also be responsible for conducting verbal and written counseling.
The candidate should have the ability to interface and foster relationships with military and civilian key leaders, as well as understand the structure of the military Dets with whom daily interaction will take place. Additionally, the candidate must understand the SIGINT authorities under which we operate.
Related military/program, TSO, instructor and aircrew experience are highly preferred. Examples of related experience: 361 ISRG assigned TSO, Operational Support Flyer (OSF), ground based SIGINT Operator, T&C (OTT) certified Mode Instructor, or former special operations intelligence career field.
BS with Nine (9) years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Leadership and Management experience directly related to conducting/supporting Tactical ISR and SOF Units is desirable. Internal C3ISR applicants preferred.

Licensing, Certification Requirements:
Must maintain current Mode certifications
Must be able to pass CRC
US Citizenship
Valid FAA Class II Medical Certificate
Valid US Passport
Valid State Driver's License
Top Secret/SCI DOD clearance
