Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in simulator sessions, equipment testing, and training flights to build FPV drone skills and support fleet readiness.
  • Support senior pilots during internal and external FPV operations, including participation in field missions, training exercises, and deployments.
  • Regularly engage in training and supervised flights to sustain operational proficiency and meet ADASI FPV standards.
  • Contribute to ADASI commitments such as demonstrations, exhibitions, and national/international static or live FPV events.
  • Work toward achieving minimum ADASI standards for FPV pilots to enable career development and broader employability within the UAS domain.
  • Assist in FPV-related development, testing, and evaluation of new drone systems, payloads, and operating concepts.

 

Qualifications/Education/Experience/Training:

  • Successfully completed Military Service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, basic English proficiency.
  • Medically fit to operate drones.
  • Completion of ADASI FPV Training.
  • Strong passion and motivation to learn FPV drone piloting.
  • Basic knowledge of drone components (motors, ESCs, flight controllers, batteries).
  • ­Initial skills in controlling drones through radio transmitters or simulators.
  • Ability to work in a team and perform under fieldwork and training pressures.
  • Willingness to travel or relocate for training and operations.
