We are looking for a star Field Operator (Drone Operator) to join the team in shaping the future of autonomous drones.

As a drone operator at Percepto, you will: 

  • Participate in Percepto's drone production process, contributing to the development of next-generation autonomous drone systems
  • Conduct field testing and operational tests of our drone systems, ensuring high performance standards
  • Lead hardware testing and produce documentation reports
  • Work both independently and collaboratively with various teams to ensure the success of projects
  • Manage the ATP process during production, including failure tracking, data analysis and operation monitoring across various departments in the company
  • Conduct system maintenance and operation of Percepto’s systems at clients sites
  • Ensure flight testing equipment readiness, operations and safety
  • Ensure compliance with local aviation regulations
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a manufacturing company with hands-on technological position - a Must
  • Proven record with operating drones - a Must 
  • Familiarity with the drone industry - an Advantage
  • Familiarity with technology and strong hardware-related technical skills, including troubleshooting and repair
  • Familiarity with PixHawk flight controller - an Advantage
  • Experience with log reading and analysis - an Advantage
  • Capability to lead technical and hardware investigations
  • Licensed CAAI drone operator – an Advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with various missions and tasks under field conditions
  • Ability to self-learn in a highly dynamic and ambitious work environment
  • Strong communication skills in English – written, verbal, presentation.
