We are looking for a new team member who is eager to make a real difference! As a UAV pilot, you will push the boundaries of unmanned systems and collaborate with operators to drive real-world missions.

Your roadmap to make an impact
- Plan, prepare, and conduct flight testing activities.
- Take responsibility for product demonstrations, military exercises, and operator training sessions.
- Document performance data and analyze results to drive product improvements.
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and successful deployments.
- Work directly with mission partners to plan and execute operations, understand challenges, and implement solutions.
Who you are
- Degree in Robotics, Electrical, Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering, and 1+ years of relevant work experience.
- A background in military operations or a similar high-pressure, technical environment will be highly beneficial.
- Experience in autonomous aerial systems, including their structure, software, and electronics, is a strong advantage.
- Possess exceptional problem-solving skills and excel under pressure.
- Willingness and interest in traveling to partners’ sites as needed.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality with solid multitasking and self-organization abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
