Drone Technician Apprentice

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Coptrz as a Drone Technician Apprentice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in gaining hands-on experience and developing their skills in a technical field. You will receive comprehensive training and support to become a skilled technician in our industry.

Role Requirements

Assist in the maintenance and repair of various drone models, ensuring they meet operational standards and safety regulations.

Support the calibration and testing of drones an payloads, including navigation, communication, and camera equipment.

Participate in the assembly and disassembly of drones, learning about their mechanical and electronic components.

Assist in conducting field tests and operational flights, analysing data to troubleshoot any issues.

Follow all safety protocols during drone operations and maintenance activities.

Keep up-to-date with the latest drone technologies and industry trends.

Provide support to the technical manager in preparing documentation and reports related to drone operations.

Ability to support technical questions and provide technical support via emails and calls.

Maintain a clean and organised work environment.

Qualifications:
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Customer service-oriented mindset

As a drone training provider we will put you through the necesasry training for the role as well as supporting you through your apprenticeship.

Job Type: Apprenticeship

Pay: From £6.40 per hour

Expected hours: 38.5 per week
