Job Description: 

As a Drone Spraying Pilot at Rencon Air & Land, you will be responsible for operating drones for aerial spraying of problematic weed infested areas, crops and other agricultural applications. The role requires hands-on experience with drone spraying and relevant endorsements, along with DJI platfrom experience The ideal candidate will be based in the Colac / Otways region and possess the necessary qualifications and experience to excel in this role. 

Key Responsibilities: 

- Operate drones for precise and efficient spraying of agricultural products 

- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards 

- Conduct pre-flight inspections and maintenance of equipment 

- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute spraying operations 

- Maintain accurate records of all flights and spraying activities 

Qualifications: 

- Must have previous experience as a Drone Spraying Pilot 

- Required endorsements: REPL (Remote Pilot License) including 25kg+ endorsement 

- DJI T40/50 Agras rating

- AROC accreditation

- Chemical users certificate 

- Must be based in the Colac / Otways broader region 

- Strong knowledge of drone operations and agricultural spraying techniques 

- Excellent attention to detail and safety practices 

- Full drivers license and 4x4 experience
