Role Description

We are hiring highly skilled and detail-oriented Certified Drone Pilots to operate drones equipped for building exterior cleaning. In this role, you will be responsible for executing drone cleaning operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. Our Pilots are a core part of our team and we consider them experts in the services we provide. Military Veterans are encouraged to apply!


Qualifications:

CERTIFICATION: FAA Part 107 Pilot Certificate is required

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 100 hours of experience as drone pilot

SKILLS: Proficiency in operating drones. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform maintenance on drone equipment

KNOWLEDGE: Understanding of FAA regulations, airspace classifications, and UAS operation guidelines. Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.

COMMUNICATION: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

TRAINING: We take our training very seriously. Our pilots must have a willingness to participate in our annual training program on the specific drones we use.




Responsibilities:


Drone Operation: Pilot drones equipped with systems to effectively clean the exteriors of buildings, including windows, facades, and high access areas.


Pre-flight planning: Conduct pre-flight inspections and plan flight paths to ensure safe and effective cleaning operations. Assess weather conditions and building structures to determine optimal cleaning strategies.


Compliance: Ensure all drone operations adhere to the FAA regulations and local laws. Maintain and renew FAA Part 107 Certification and follow safety protocols specific to cleaning operations


Equipment Management: Manage and maintain drone cleaning equipment, including regular inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs. Ensure drones are properly calibrated and functional.


Data and Reporting: Document cleaning processes and outcomes, providing detailed reports to project managers. Record any issues or challenges encountered during operations.


Safety: Implement safety measures to prevent accidents and damage property. Conduct risk assessments before each flight and follow emergency protocols as needed.


Service: Communicate with Clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project status. Ensure satisfaction of our clients through the delivery of high quality service.


Travel: Some travel may be required.
