Join Our Team as a Drone Pilot – Help Us Elevate Roofing Inspections!

Are you an FAA-certified drone pilot with an eye for detail and a passion for technology? Do you enjoy working outdoors and capturing the world from a new perspective? We’re looking for a Drone Pilot to join our dynamic roofing team in Woodstock, GA. In this role, you’ll use cutting-edge drone technology to conduct aerial inspections of residential and commercial rooftops—improving safety, speeding up estimates, and helping us deliver top-tier service to our customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Fly drones to capture detailed aerial images and video footage of roofing structures.

  • Perform pre- and post-flight checks to ensure safety and performance.

  • Work closely with inspectors and project managers to plan effective flight paths and capture angles.

  • Upload and manage drone imagery using cloud platforms or inspection software.

  • Assist with inspection reports using drone data to support estimates, claims, and progress tracking.

  • Stay compliant with FAA regulations and maintain your drone certifications.

  • Maintain and troubleshoot drone equipment, including firmware updates and flight logs.

  • Support marketing and documentation efforts through high-quality visual content.

What We’re Looking For:

  • FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (required)

  • Commercial drone flight experience, ideally in roofing, construction, or similar fields

  • Knowledge of roofing systems or structural inspections (a plus)

  • Familiarity with drone software and data platforms

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent spatial awareness

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently outdoors

  • Effective communication and organizational skills

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

  • Comfortable standing, walking, and flying drones for extended periods

  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

  • Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. of equipment
