Job Title: Drone Pilot/Technician (Full-Time)


Location: Ottawa, ON (with travel across Canada)


Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and licensed Drone Pilot/Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold an Advanced Drone Pilot Certificate in Canada and be responsible for operating, training, and providing technical support to customers. This is a full-time position based in the Ottawa territory, with the requirement to travel across Canada to train and support our clients.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Operate and maintain drones in accordance with Canadian regulations.

  • Provide training and technical support to customers on drone usage, safety, and best practices.

  • Travel to client sites across Canada to conduct in-person training sessions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to drone operation and maintenance.

  • Assist in customer onboarding and ongoing support.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and new drone technologies.


Requirements:



  • Must hold a valid Advanced Drone Pilot Certificate in Canada.

  • Proven experience operating drones, with technical expertise in drone maintenance.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to train and support customers both remotely and in-person.

  • Willingness to travel across Canada as required.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
