CAS / ISR Sensor Operator

ODL Services has an opening for experienced airborne CAS / ISR Sensor Operators in our Training Systems Division supporting Federal and Commercial clients. These positions deploy across the United States in a contracted, part-time and full-time capacity. Aircraft flown include the Cessna O-2 (civil designation M337B) and other CAS aircraft. Systems employed include FLIR and MX family of EO/IR sensors as well as secure video, data and voice equipment. When not actively flying, CAS / ISR Sensor Operators act as Project and Program Managers and support event planning, coordination, and other duties as required.
Requirements for Position:
- US Citizen.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Must have a current security clearance at the Secret level.
- Must have expertise with Current Close Air Support CAS procedures, voice communications, and employment of fielded weapon systems and tactics currently in use by the US Military.
- Must have expertise with Current ISR procedures and voice communications.
- Must have expertise using and configuring Tactical Radios, Full Motion Video, and Tactical Data Links currently in use by the US Military.
- 5 or more years of documented experience in one of the following positions:
- USAF, USN, or USMC tactical aircraft crewmember (Pilot / WSO) OR
- MQ-9 / U-28 / AC-130 / MC-12 (CSO / Sensor Operators) OR
- JTAC / FAC / FSO / ALO
- Must be able to obtain a FAA Class 2 medical.
Experience Desired:
- Top Secret Clearance.
- Recent experience supporting CAS / ISR Training to DoD organizations.
- Operational experience with FLIR and MX family of systems.
- Operational overseas experience as a FAC(A), JTAC, FSO or ALO.
- Military pilot experience (Rotary or Fixed Wing) desired.
